Sandra Marquez has been an ensemble member of Teatro Vista, the Midwest’s only Equity theater company since 1997 and served as Associate Artistic Director from 1998 -2006. In 1999, she helped to establish the Goodman Theater/Mexican Fine Arts Theater Museum’s Yollocalli Summer Theater Program which was designed for young people 14-18 years of age in the museums’ Pilsen neighborhood. She was a lead artist for Yollocalli for five years. Some of her Chicago acting credits include Living Out at American Theater Company with Teatro Vista, Anna in the Tropics at Victory Gardens, Mariela in the Desert at the Goodman and Sonia Flew at Steppenwolf. Her credits also include national commercials and film. She is a member of AEA, AFTRA, and SAG.
