Kyle Warren, Ann Beth Bondor-Stone, Rebecca Loeser and Micah Gardner (CWMP ‘10) were selected for staged readings at the Chicago Dramatists’ The Playwright’s Theatre.

Michael Salomon’s (CWMP ’09) ten-minute play RMEO + JULEZ earned him the chance to see his work produced by a renowned, professional New York theatre company as well as a one-year “mentorship” with the Manhattan Theatre Club.

Diana Metzger (CWMP ‘06) was recently admitted to American University to pursue a Master’s Degree in Fiction Writing.

Emily Weiss’s (CWMP ‘06) play, “Nodding Off” – the story of soon to be father who can't stop falling asleep whenever his wife mentions their baby – was recently produced at The Ensemble Studio Theatre in New York City.

Dave Holstein (CWMP ‘05) is currently writing for the popular Showtime series “Weeds.” His first episode, “I Am The Table” aired in 2008.

Jason Kessler (CWMP ’04) currently writes for the Nickelodeon series “True Jackson, VP” including recently produced episodes, “True Takes Iceland” and “ReTRUEnion.”

Jeremy Brunjes (CWMP ’03) is a filmmaker based in the New York area who has directed numerous short films that have screened in festivals around the country. Jeremy is currently working towards an MFA in film at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts in the Maurice Kanbar Institute of Film and Television.

Rachel Davis (CWMP ’03) is a Chicago-based independent filmmaker who taught video production and media literacy to low-income youth at Community TV Network in Chicago. Currently she is focused on developing the slate of Real Deal Pictures including the current production, “Case Study,” a feature-length documentary about bipolar disorder and creativity in youth.

Sarah Warner (CWMP ’03) has been producing a political sketch-comedy show for Chicago Public Television (WTTW) and was recently accepted by Harvard University Master's in Technology, Innovation and Education program.

Isaac Feder (CWMP ’02) completed the MFA Directing Program at the American Film Institute and now serves as the Director of Development at The Operating Room.

Tim Mullaney (CWMP ’02) is a 2005 recipient of the Asian American Writers' Workshop's Van Lier Fellowship. His play “What to Say” was given a reading by TOSOSII Theater as part of the Robert Chesley/Jane Chambers Playwrights Project and his short play, “Close Your Eyes” was workshopped at the StageLeft Theatre in Chicago.

Maria Ferrari (CWMP ’01) wrote several episodes for “How I Met Your Mother,” including “Moving Day” and “Atlantic City” before joining “The Bill Engvall Show” where she penned recent episode “Honey Do.”

Logan Brown (CWMP ’00) has written several plays that have been produced, including “How to Act Around Cops,” which won Best Play at the 2003 New York International Fringe Festival and a Fringe First at the Dublin Fringe Festival and a Critic's Pick in Time Out London for its run at the Soho Theatre. He also wrote and directed a short film, “Simulacrum,” which was accepted into the 2009 Lake Arrowhead Film Festival.

Jordan Cahan (CWMP ’00) made his feature-length film writing debut with 2008’s “My Best Friend’s Girl” starring Dane Cook and Kate Hudson.

Meredith Zeitlin (CWMP ’00) is an active voiceover artist, actress, and author. Her most recent published work is a Young Adult novel entitled, “This Just In: Kelsey Finkelstein Is Freaking Out.”

Veronica Becker (CWMP ’99) currently serves on the writing staff for “Ugly Betty.” She penned recent episodes “Twenty Four Candles” and “Grin and Bear It.”

Josh Meyers (CWMP ’98) is a writer/actor with extensive credits, including work for “MADtv” and “That 70’s Show,” as well as a role in Sacha Baron Cohen’s recent film “Brüno.”

Janae Bakken (CWMP ’96) is a writer and co-executive producer for “Scrubs.”

Breen Frazier (CWMP ’96) was a writer for the spy-series “Alias” before working as a writer and producer for “Ghost Whisperer” and “Criminal Minds.”

Alyson Shelton (CWMP ‘96) went on to obtain her MFA in Film/TV production at USC. She has since written and directed an award winning feature film, “Eve of Understanding,” that is currently screening at festivals around the country.

Aaron Harberts’ (CWMP ’95) previous writer/producer credits include work on the TV series “North Shore,” “Pepper Dennis” and the “Women’s Murder Club.” He currently serves as the co-executive producer for “Pushing Daisies” as well as an in-development project entitled “Mercy.”

Gretchen Berg’s (CWMP ’93) past writer/producer credits include work on the TV series “North Shore,” “Pepper Dennis” and the “Women’s Murder Club.” She is currently working as the co-executive producer for “Pushing Daisies” as well as an in-development project – “Mercy.”

Jill Leiderman (CWMP ’93) has been the executive producer and showrunner for “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” since 2006.

Mia McCullough (CWMP ’92) is a Chicago-based playwright whose works (such as “Chagrin Falls” and most recently, “Spare Change”) have been produced at Steppenwolf, Stage Left Theater, and the Chicago Dramatists.

Melissa Godoy (CWMP ’85) was a field producer and director of photography for the cinéma verité feature “Election Day,” filmed during the last presidential election, which premiered at the SXSW Festival in March 2008. Her previous work includes directing a documentary on creativity in aging, “Do Not Go Gently,” as well as “What is Freedom?” for the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. She currently teaches university-level scriptwriting and produces the public talk show, “Viewfinder.”
