MTS Speaker Series

Each year, the Media, Technology and Society Program hosts a Speaker Series. We invite scholars to come give a talk and also meet one-on-one and over meals in groups with graduate students and faculty during their visit.

MTS Speaker Series 2011-2012

MTS Speaker Series for the fall quarter will feature the following scholars:

  • Thursday, October 20: Wendy Griswold, Sociology, Northwestern University
  • Thursday, October 27: Sinan Aral, Stern School, NYU
  • Thursday, November 10: Andrea Hollingshead, Annenberg School, USC

Noon - 1 p.m., Frances Searle, Room 1-483.

There will be opportunities to meet with each of these speakers during their respective campus visits.
